- Contact form / WhatsApp / phone: surname, first name, phone, email, description of your request.
- Device drop-off: contact details, device model and serial number, description of the fault. We never access the content of your device without your explicit consent (except where technically necessary for a data recovery you have requested).
- Online orders: billing and delivery details, order history. Payments are processed by certified providers (TWINT, PostFinance, cards) — we do not store any banking data.
- Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser) and traffic statistics via Google Analytics / Site Kit, as well as embedded content (Google reviews via Trustindex, Google Maps).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to: answer your requests and prepare quotes (performance of contract), carry out repairs and data recovery (performance of contract), meet our legal obligations (accounting, warranty), and improve our website (legitimate interest). No sale of data to third parties, no marketing without your consent.
4. Confidentiality of devices and recovered data
Devices entrusted to us and any recovered data are handled with strict confidentiality: access limited to the technicians in charge, no copies kept after return (unless expressly requested), media securely erased.
5. Retention period
Contact requests: 12 months. Contract documents and invoices: 10 years (Swiss legal obligation, art. 958f CO). Warranty data: duration of the warranty (12 months) + 12 months.
6. Sharing and transfers
Your data may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, Cloudflare, Google/Site Kit, Trustindex for displaying reviews) — some located outside Switzerland/the EU, with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). No other disclosure, except where required by law.
7. Cookies
The website uses technical cookies needed for it to work and audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics). You can block them in your browser settings without losing essential functionality.
