What is micro-soldering?
It is repair at component level, directly on the motherboard, under a microscope and with precision equipment. Instead of replacing the whole board (very expensive) or throwing the device away, we replace or re-solder only the faulty part. It is often the only way to save a device — and your data.

My phone fell in water in Geneva — what should I do?
Switch it off straight away, don’t charge it and don’t put it in rice. Bring it as soon as possible to Phonelab Store, Rue de Lausanne 29 (Pâquis, a 5-minute walk from Cornavin station). We open the device, clean the motherboard and repair corroded components with micro-soldering. If the device won’t start again, we try to recover your photos and data (water damage repair, data recovery). Diagnostic CHF 149, deducted from the repair price; 12-month warranty.
